Sales and Estimating Coordinator – High-End Residential Construction

ARWP, a leading specialty contractor in Southern California , is hiring a Sales and Estimating Coordinator to support our sales and estimating teams in delivering competitive bids and exceptional service for high-end residential construction projects .

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and support sales and estimating activities , ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliverables.
  • Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and scopes to gather key details for bids and proposals.
  • Prepare and organize bid submissions, RFIs, and related documentation for prospective projects.
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to gather information and follow up on bids and proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales and estimating teams to identify and prioritize new project opportunities.
  • Perform basic take-offs and support the preparation of cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to assist with strategy development.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams.



What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordination, sales, or administrative role, preferably in construction or a related industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and on-screen takeoff software .
  • Basic understanding of construction plans, specifications, and terminology is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
