Commercial Litigation Associate
Salary/Package
$140,000 to $160,000 basic salary + bonus + package dependant with qualifications and experience

A nationally recognized litigation and trial practice boutique based in Milwaukee. They partner with each client to craft innovative and effective legal strategies as an intentionally small and client-focused firm.
Responsibilities :
- Experience with all phases of civil/commercial litigation and complex personal injury defense
- Conducting factual investigations and discovery
- Preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients
- Experience in both state and federal court is preferred
- Experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial
Candidate requirements :
- 3 - 7 years of Civil Litigation experience ideally with an emphasis on complex personal injury defense and business/commercial litigation.
- Strong experience across investigations and discovery, pleadings, depositions, arguing motions and client communication
- Excellent academic credentials
- The ability to effectively handle multiple projects and articulate legal strategies
- Proactive, dynamic, and entrepreneurial
Certifications :
Candidate ideally to be admitted and able to practice in Illinois.
