Role Overview :

Seeking a talented business minded Labor And Employment Partner with 5+ years experience in Labor and Employment Law. Individuals must have a proven track record and motivated to grow business.

Responsibilities :

• Counselling and Litigating on matters for companies across the entire spectrum of labor and employment issues, including harassment, discrimination and retaliation; wage and hour; non-compete and trade secrets and more.
• Traditional Labor experience is ideal.

Requirements :

• 5+ years’ experience in Labor And Employment Law.
• Candidates will have strong academic skills proven track record in drafting documents, great communication skills.
• Portable business required
