Candidates with strong experience in other areas of general commercial and civil litigation with an interest in transitioning into employment are also encouraged to directly apply.

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years of litigation experience, including single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law.
• Mediation and arbitration; Trial experience is a plus .
• Taking and defending depositions, researching, writing and arguing motions, and conducting complex fact investigations and analysis.
• J.D. and excellent academic credentials.
• CA Bar License.
