The Digital Marketing Analyst - Mobile / Text will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement and fostering loyalty across multiple brands. Digital Marketing Analyst - Mobile / Text Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, segment, target, track, test, and deploy personalized email and mobile campaigns using a large-scale Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Manage your workload independently, meeting deadlines and quality expectations while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Troubleshoot and provide creative solutions to challenges related to email and mobile marketing campaigns, focusing on design, process, and technical issues.
- Foster strong relationships with external vendors, internal teams, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing goals.
- Support the execution of the organization’s mission, goals, and objectives through self-motivation, clear communication, and teamwork.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities by addressing both analytical and conceptual challenges in marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate respectfully with a wide range of stakeholders, delivering messages and insights to diverse audiences.
- Apply excellent project coordination and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance and strategy.
Digital Marketing Analyst - Mobile / Text Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in email and mobile marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and email coding practices.
- Experience with email editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or similar).
- Familiarity with mobile marketing strategies and best practices.
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
