Job Description: Marketing and Tradeshow Coordinator
Location: South Brunswick, NJ (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
- Tradeshow Planning & Execution:
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international tradeshows, including logistics, booth design, shipping, and vendor communication.
- Manage on-site setup, operations, and teardown of exhibit spaces.
- Ensure all materials and resources are prepared and available for successful events.
- Marketing Support:
- Develop and design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, digital graphics, and promotional items tailored for tradeshows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that promote tradeshow participation and maximize ROI.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging across all event-related materials.
- Communication & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for tradeshow vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with clients and prospects during events to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
- Maintain a detailed calendar of events, budgets, and timelines.
- Analyze event performance and prepare post-event reports, providing insights for improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
