Key Responsibilities

• Import/Export Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of air and ocean freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Documentation Handling: Prepare and process key shipping documents, such as bills of lading, customs declarations, and commercial invoices.
• Carrier Coordination: Liaise with carriers, vendors, and clients to organize transportation and resolve any operational challenges.
• CargoWise Expertise: Leverage CargoWise to manage shipment data, track inventory, generate reports, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to international regulations with accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• CargoWise Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CargoWise, including managing import, export, and customs processes.
• Freight Forwarding Experience: Minimum of 2 years in air and ocean freight forwarding with solid knowledge of logistics operations.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to collaborate across teams, negotiate with vendors, and provide outstanding client service.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in identifying and solving operational challenges efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous when preparing and reviewing shipping documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Preferred but Not Required

• Familiarity with additional freight forwarding software.
• Experience in key verticals such as healthcare, automotive, or retail logistics.
