Robert Half is partnering with a Miami immigration law firm seeking an immigration attorney with 2+ years’ experience to join its team. This immigration attorney will handle asylum and removal defense, motions, and complex legal strategies, ensuring exceptional client support and justice. There is also a 2nd position to handle appellate work. Position is on-site with several work from home days every month. Base salary up to $160,000 plus health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) match and generous paid time off (5+ weeks).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate legal strategies with team members.
• Prepare and manage case filings and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Conduct attorney-level review and edits of application submissions to USCIS.
• Manage case filings and deadlines.
• Research legal issues.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• 2+ years immigration law experience.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required.
