Job Description

Position Title: Project Leader / Specialist / Associate General

Target Start Date: February 17, 2025

Original Duration: 36 Months

Estimated Regular Hours: 40

Overtime Required: Yes

Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Standard Shift: Day


Position Description: The driving force behind our business growth is a skilled and dedicated project management team. We’re searching for a highly qualified project coordinator who has experience and strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans. The project coordinator will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of seamless operations is achieved.


Objectives of this role:

  • Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with company stakeholders and third-party resources, including outside vendors.
  • Create management presentation content, including some graphic design proficiency.
  • Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.


Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
  • Proven success working with all levels of management.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments and tasks concurrently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills.


Skills Preferred:

  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
  • Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.


Experience Required: Four or more years of project management experience.


Experience Preferred:

  • Experience in developing platforms for internal processes.
  • Experience with SharePoint development and maintenance.
  • Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a Science-related field.
