Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

As Recruitment Advisor in Boston, MA, you will become a valued member of Global Business Services – Talent Acquisition Services and play a critical role in hiring top industry talent.


Accountabilities :

As a Recruitment Advisor, you will support all aspects of recruitment coordination and administration for your assigned clients/location, as well as handling telephone and e-mail liaison with Hiring Managers, Administrative Coordinators, Talent Acquisition Partners, candidates and other external stakeholders and suppliers, where appropriate.

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of related experience
  2. Experience includes the with the design and delivery of New Employee Orientation (in-person and virtually) and services to support new and transferring employees
  3. Strong administrative/organization skills, with proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools and software (e.g., HR Information Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems)
  4. Well-developed people skills and ability to engage, communicate and work across local and regional Talent Acquisition and HR teams, major stakeholders, and other internal clients
  5. Ability to multi-task and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment


Desirable Skills/Experience :

  1. Knowledge of policies, process and procedures pertaining to recruitment (including relevant labor and country, such as EEO/AA, immigration, employment laws, etc.)
  2. Ability to travel (less than 2%)
  3. Notary
