Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Continuously update knowledge about company offerings and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate's or bachelor's degree (preferred).
