Job Summary :
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that customers have a positive experience with our company. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a genuine desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
- Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the database.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Qualifications :
