JOB SUMMARY The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst will be responsible for driving alignment and efficiency across our commercial teams. In this role, you will own and optimize processes across finance, sales, marketing, and customer success, leveraging your expertise in HubSpot to manage CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations. With a strong focus on data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, you'll play a key role in enabling scalable growth and operational excellence.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Revenue Process Optimization: Streamline and improve end-to-end revenue operations processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive alignment and efficiency.
- HubSpot Administration: Manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, proper integrations, and adoption of best practices.
- Data Analysis, Reporting & Accountability: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into key revenue metrics, pipeline health, and performance trends. Leverage this data to hold teams and reps accountable for performance standards.
- Forecasting: Collaborate with FP&A to integrate pipeline metrics, revenue projects, marketing metrics and sales-rep performance in a robust economic model that flows from the top of the funnel to closed-won.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align goals, enhance lead management, and improve the customer journey.
- Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with forecasting, territory planning, and operational tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
- Process Documentation: Build and maintain documentation for operational workflows, tools, and systems to ensure scalability and alignment.
- System Integrations: Evaluate and implement system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across tools in the revenue tech stack.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, including participation in sales and marketing meetings, industry tradeshows, and other relevant events.
QUALIFICATIONS - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role at a fast-paced SaaS company.
- HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM; experience with HubSpot workflows, reporting, and integrations is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Ability to communicate performance results, breakdown wins and tactfully point out gaps to team members. Willingness to work with leadership to challenge performance and drive high standards into the GTM team.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with other tools in the RevOps tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Tableau) is a plus, along with proficiency with Excel
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building relationships across teams.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, particularly when it comes to data quality and process improvements.
