We are a purposefully small team of professionals looking to bring on an organized project supervisor.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and coordinating commercial construction projects niched in occupied exterior restoration of townhomes and condos. ensuring trade and in-house tradesmen scheduling, quality control, construction safety, jobsite cleanliness, quantity tracking, etc.

You would be running (with support) one restoration project at a time.

Our active projects are in Kissimmee, Oviedo, Winter Garden, Daytona, and Orlando.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft excel and Word
• Fluent spanish is a benefit
• Supervisory Skills and Quality Control
• Experience in project management
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
