Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety Attorney (Raleigh)

We are currently working with a client seeking a midlevel to senior associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice in the Raleigh office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team working on a variety of complex employment and labor matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising on and litigating employment and labor law issues
• Conducting workplace investigations and advising on outcomes
• Drafting and reviewing employment-related documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, policies, and separation agreements
• Supporting the employment aspects of business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
