The HR Manager will cover many aspects of HR duties including but not limited to Recruiting, Benefits Administration, Safety and Onboarding/Offboarding team members. This person will also assist The HR Director with investigations and other HR tasks as needed. This position is onsite Mon-Fri in the super fun North Lynnwood Home Office! Free parking, free snacks, flexible hours!
Recruiting:
Manage/own all processes of department
Recruit for all requisitions at the Home Office
Backup for store requisitions when needed
Onboarding all new hires
Benefit Administration:

- Process new/updated enrollments
- Point of contact for annual audits (in time)
- Spearhead education opportunities for team members with American Funds
Healthcare
- Monthly benefit webinars + follow ups
- Process enrollments
- Internal Benefit Admin point of contact
- Annual Open Enrollment
HR Programs:
Onboarding/Offboarding
Review management for all mid-year and year-end reviews
Timecard management, reporting, and follow up
Partner with HRD on personnel matters
- Triage and escalation
- Investigations
- Progressive discipline write ups
- Documentation
- LOA Administration
Management of required annual Federal and State poster/postings
Project based work
Safety:
Quarterly Safety Committee meetings
TriageNow reporting/follow-up for workplace injuries
Follow up on expired annual LMS trainings
Annual OSHA reporting
Person in charge to make sure all new locations are provided with all required safety binders, PPE, and workplace safety supplies
Requirements:
-Must be able to work on site at the Home Office 5 days/week
-Bachelors' Degree or equivalent experience
-8 years of solid Human Resources experience
-Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
