Personal Injury Case Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of managing complex cases. This role is critical in ensuring that each case is thoroughly prepared and progresses efficiently toward resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and other parties to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Perform regular case reviews and ensure compliance with case milestones and deadlines.
- Monitor and maintain detailed case files, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior case managers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies and prepare for settlement negotiations or litigation.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional service and are regularly updated on case progress.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of personal injury case management experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- In-depth knowledge of personal injury law, including pre-litigation and litigation processes.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients, legal professionals, and support staff.
- Proficiency in case management software and legal documentation.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is nice to have, but not required.
