Location: Houston

Compensation: $180k package + up to $300k bonus potential

What You'll Do:

As a key member of the team, you'll tackle high-stakes employment law cases, including:

• Wage and Hour cases.

- Employee Misclassification.

- Meal and Rest Break Violations

- Minimum Wage Violations

- Unpaid Overtime

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting client intakes and building strong relationships.

• Managing a diverse and socially important caseload under the guidance of senior attorneys.

• Drafting and arguing motions, coordinating discovery, and taking depositions.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone with:

• Juris Doctorate and active membership with the Houston State Bar.

• 3+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff employment law focus preferred but also open to defense).

• Proven skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.

• A talent for handling multiple clients and cases with exceptional organization.

• CELA Membership (strongly recommended).

• A commitment to justice and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
