Title: Global Commodity Manager, Corporate Services

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the development and execution of strategies for corporate services commodities, including travel, HR, finance, legal, marketing, and more. Drive cost savings, manage supplier relationships, and ensure smooth global operations for these services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global teams for travel and corporate services, ensuring smooth operations, user satisfaction, and supplier management
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate terms, and drive cost savings to meet defined targets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and manage supplier performance
  • Monitor market trends, ensure competitive pricing, and ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate procedures
  • Coordinate global contracts and be prepared to travel as needed for workshops and supplier meetings

Required Skills & Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in global purchasing or commodity management
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience leading projects and project teams
  • Certification in purchasing management (e.g., C.P.M. preferred)
