What you’ll be doing:

• In this position, you will be responsible act as the main point of contact for customers, providing clear updates on project status, potential risks, and deliverables
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
• Identify, evaluate, and address risks related to project execution, including technical, financial, and operational factors

• Leadership experience
• Experience with BIW
