Manage sourcing processes for complex projects involving standard products and services. Collaborate with business units and leadership to enhance efficiency, mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and optimize costs in third-party procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple sourcing projects with a structured project management approach.
• Develop and negotiate supplier strategies and commercial terms.
• Conduct supplier assessments, pricing negotiations, and capability evaluations.
• Utilize Procurement systems for sourcing, contracting, and purchasing.
• Analyze market data, spending trends, and contracts to inform strategies.
• Support supplier diversity initiatives and corporate values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
