Labeling Specialist – Cincinnati, OH

Pay: $30 - $35/hr | Contract: Up to 5 years (Temp-to-Perm Possible)

Start Date: February 15, 2025 | Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM

Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – Office & Lab)

Role Overview:

Join our client’s Corporate Food Technology Regulatory team to ensure food labeling compliance with FDA/USDA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and review food labels for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal teams.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Travel within the U.S. (approx. once per month, reimbursed).

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in food labeling/regulatory compliance.
• Education: Bachelor’s in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Additional Details:

• Interview: Teams (1-2 rounds)
• Training: On-the-job
• Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift.
