Key Responsibilities

• Provide counsel on business and real estate transactions, corporate matters, tax planning, and trusts and estates.
• Manage complex cases from inception to resolution, leveraging superior strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive successful outcomes for clients.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, draft persuasive legal documents, and deliver compelling advocacy throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide innovative, solutions-driven advice tailored to client needs.
• Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and trends impacting the scope of practice areas.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven expertise in one or more of the following areas: business and real estate transactions, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation.
• Demonstrated success in litigation management and the ability to resolve complex legal matters efficiently.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as well as strong legal research and negotiation abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly as part of a team in a collegial and supportive office environment.
• Active bar admission in (state) and impeccable legal and ethical standards.
