Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the construction company, ensuring processes are executed efficiently and aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Ensure all administrative tasks related to construction projects, such as documentation, permitting, and reporting, are completed accurately and on time
- Develop and implement systems to improve organizational workflows, ensuring tasks are managed and executed with precision
- Maintain adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards within the administrative team
- Serve as the primary liaison between administrative staff, construction teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project coordination
Qualifications:
