Position Summary:

The Manager of Project Management, is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The Manager of Project Management will be the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and ensuring that all parties are informed of project progress.

Essential Job Functions/Duties:

• Lead a group of project managers to ensure successful project delivery
• Oversee and provide direction to the project management team
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Provide regular project status updates to all stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in project management software

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification
• Process improvement certifications such as Agile or Six Sigma is a plus
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry
• Experience in the concrete and precast industry is a plus
