Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and enforce contracts, specifications, and project plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA certification and other relevant safety training preferred.
- Ability to travel to various project sites as needed.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
- Address and resolve any conflicts or delays that may arise during construction.
