I am looking to to hire a full-time Construction Project Manager to join the team! The role is looking to interview/start immediately!

Pay: $38-44/hr

Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 5pm

Hybrid: No, 100% on-site with construction team

Job Responsibilities:

• Reponsible for overseeing all phases of construction project, from initial planning to project close-out

• Managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely

• Managing 3.5 million in projects out in the field

• Project Planning and Coordination

• Budget and Financial Management

• Team Leadership and Communication

• Quality and Compliance

• Risk and Safety Management

• Documentation and Reporting

Must Have:

• Bachelors Degree (preferred) in construction management, civil engineering,

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• OSHA 30- Safety Certification
