Our client in Deerfield, a prominent financial services firm in the Chicago area, is seeking a Client Relationship Associate to join the team at their Deerfield office. You will provide high level client services to high net worth clients and supporting a highly professional team of advisors. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate client onboarding by preparing account setup documents and gathering necessary client information.
• Manage account updates, including profile changes and registration modifications.
• Process asset movements such as journal entries, wire transfers, and EFTs.
• Support quarterly billing processes and create performance reports.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
• Collect tax-related information and assist with tax reporting for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
• Perform general administrative duties, including:
• Updating and maintaining the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Reviewing exception reports.
• Preparing documentation, such as letters of authorization, check-writing applications, and operational forms.
• Communicate with supervisors on compliance matters and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Execute trades and resolve trade errors, as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of estate management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Wealthscape Investor, and Black Diamond is a bonus.
