Job Title: Jr-Mid-Level Sales Account Manager (Life Sciences)

Led by a seasoned entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience, the company is looking for a driven Sales Account Manager to help accelerate their growth during an exciting phase of expansion.
Compensation:
• Base salary range: $80-120k + commission (expected total compensation of $150-175k in year one)
• Commission structure will evolve with product launches anticipated in mid-2025
Responsibilities:
• Proactively generate and cultivate new business leads through LinkedIn outreach, direct calls, and networking with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry, including distributors, specialty pharmacies, and manufacturers
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, introducing and selling subscription-based services and specialized products
• Conduct engaging phone and video demos to showcase the company’s technology and solutions, converting prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by addressing specific needs and providing personalized service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and exceptional customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in cold chain logistics and related technologies, to maintain a competitive edge
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall team success
Requirements and Skills:
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the healthcare, medical, or technology sectors
• A college degree in a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to close high-level deals effectively
• Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality with a passion for innovation and technology
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with patience and persistence
• A team-player mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer success
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and spend 4 days/week in the office when not traveling
