Main contact for customer needs, utilizing service knowledge to upsell and cross-sell. This role builds long-term relationships, manages accounts, and collaborates internally to meet sales goals
- Serves as a main point of contact in all customer concerns and needs matters.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to customers.
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts
- Ability to generate new leads and contacts through business-to-business cold calling.
