Location: In-Office (with some travel required)
Salary Range: $60,000 - $150,000+ per year (Base + Commission + Bonus)
1st Year Anticipated Earnings: $100,000+

Position Overview:
As a Sales Account Manager at Mixed Nuts, Inc., you will play a key role in supporting our sales efforts by managing existing accounts and driving new business opportunities. Reporting to the CEO, you will work closely with the sales team and third-party brokers to ensure customer satisfaction, increase revenue, and build strong relationships with retailers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 2-4 years of experience in the CPG or Produce industry who is eager to grow their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to introduce new products.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new retail partnerships, leveraging your knowledge of the CPG and retail landscape.
- Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our product lines and effectively communicate the benefits of our snacks to potential and current clients.
- Trade Shows: Represent Mixed Nuts, Inc. at key industry trade shows and networking events to showcase our products and attract new business opportunities.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the internal sales team and brokers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Travel: Visit retailers as needed to build relationships, pitch new products, and ensure optimal product placement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience in the CPG or Produce industry (B2B), with a focus on retail or grocery chains.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field/subject.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow accounts.
- Technology: Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience managing a book of business without a CRM is a plus.
- Personality: Personable, driven, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally to meet clients and attend trade shows nationwide
