Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration & Processing : Handle payroll updates, wage adjustments, and process semi-monthly payroll with precision.
- Compliance & Audits : Manage time tracking compliance for nonexempt employees, lead tax reconciliations, and assist with year-end activities.
- System Expertise : Maintain and troubleshoot Workday system integrations, collaborating on upgrades and improvements.
- Collaboration & Impact : Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and recommend payroll policy enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience with Workday-Required
- Experience with managing complex payroll processes, including administering bonuses, deferred bonuses, and handling multiple pay groups and payroll cycles to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
