Now, let's talk about the role itself. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the BW Sales Team as a Sales Operations Specialist . Reporting to the Sr. Sales Manager, we are looking for individuals that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment with a positive can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and excellent communication skills.

We're seeking a candidate eager to tackle the challenge of delivering top-notch engineered solutions for motion products, particularly in harsh and extreme environments. This role, based in a home office, offers travel opportunities aligned with performance expectations.

Step into the dynamic role we're offering with a variety of exciting responsibilities:

CRM Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Champion CRM updates, improvements, and integrations to enhance overall performance


Lead Routing & Deal Management

  • Coordinate marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from various channels and ensure prompt assignment to sales team
  • Coordinate and maintain deal pipeline in the CRM, ensuring accurate deal statuses and data accuracy


Reporting and Dashboards

  • Build, schedule, and maintain performance dashboards for sales and marketing metrics
  • Analyze data to identify trends, pinpoint inefficiencies, and present actionable insights to the sales and marketing department.


Pricing oversight

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to generate price lists
  • Oversee and manage account pricing contracts
  • Partner with Product Managers to create and maintain product information in ERP


Process Optimization

  • Continuously improve sales and marketing workflows, removing bottlenecks, reducing friction, and driving operational efficiency
  • Document and share best practices, SOPs, and training materials

BS/BA degree preferred with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.

  • Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements and ensure successful execution
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
  • Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Advanced Excel skills including macro and filtering techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and task; proven strong organizational and project management skills
  • Agile, initiative-taker who can work both independently and collaboratively
