Role: Outside Sales Specialist / Manager

- Drives both short and long-term growth in sales volume, gross profit and market recognition in line with the agreed budgets.
- To develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of the acoustic ceiling & wall products and systems. To build an understanding of how they integrate with other products and technologies used in the construction industry.
- Proactively develops relationships with architects, interior designers, specification writers, owners, investors, general contractors and distributors.
- Develops and maintains a high level of relevant technical and industry knowledge.
- Actively tracks projects from the earliest design stage through to the product order and installation.
- Works closely with our designers to provide solutions to clients that satisfy the aesthetic, technical and commercial demands of their projects.
- Maintains and regularly updates a detailed sales portfolio within the company CRM system.
- To maintain a thorough understanding of the construction market including stakeholders, trends, relevant developments, and news.
- To build up a detailed knowledge and comprehensive understanding of key accounts and geographic region.
