Position Overview : As a Business Development Representative, you'll promote and sell our franchise services within your designated territory, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales targets. You’ll build and maintain relationships with clients, prospect new customers, and educate them on our industry-leading restoration services. Your goal is to ensure customers’ needs are met while delivering exceptional service that sets us apart from the competition.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and Centers of Influence
  • Drive revenue through consultative marketing and sales techniques
  • Maintain and service a list of top clients, providing ongoing education through lunch-and-learn sessions and other promotional events
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of our services, including production, estimating, and job scope
  • Promote safety guidelines and brand standards while working both in the office and on the road
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Contribute to building brand awareness and promoting the ‘One Team’ culture within your community

Qualifications :

  • Strong communication skills with a genuine interest in helping people
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to create mutually beneficial relationships
  • Comfortable hosting appointments, educational classes, and community events
  • Professional demeanor and respect for safety and company guidelines
  • A passion for making a difference and providing top-notch customer service
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales (property management, janitorial, construction, remodeling, or similar field)
