Ferretti Search is delighted to partner with a dynamic organization to locate their next HR Director.


Location: Charlotte, NC

Compensation: Competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.

What will your day look like?

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee and guide all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and organizational development.
  • Policy Development: Create and implement policies and programs aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Culture Building: Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, while ensuring alignment with company values.
  • Leadership Development: Design and implement training programs to support leadership and employee growth.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and retention strategies.
  • HR Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and recommend improvements.


Who are you?

  • HR Expert: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in (industry, e.g., manufacturing, technology, healthcare) is highly preferred.
  • Strategic Visionary: Proven ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Certified Professional: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solver: Skilled at managing complex situations with tact and professionalism.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
