Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation
  • Manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in Salesforce.
  • Research new potential markets and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation strategy.
  • Target prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone, and conferences
  • Nurture inbound marketing-generated opportunities into clients


Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development and/or sales experience focused on outbound software sales, particularly with cold calling and conferences
  • Strong desire to move up within a sales organization
  • Proficiency with SalesForce, Hubspot, Apollo, and other sales-tech/CRM SW.
  • An excellent understanding of the multi-chapter membership organizations/nonprofit landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and exercise flexibility
  • Creative problem-solver with strong research and analytical skills
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide variety of audiences, demonstrating strong communication skills
