Position Summary:
- Reports to Director of HRIS.
- Manages leave requests and accommodations (FMLA, ADA, etc.).
- Oversees benefits team, vendor relationships, and HRIS benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefits (retirement, medical, dental, vision).
- Communicate benefits changes to employees.
- Manage annual benefits open enrollments.
- Ensure ACA and HIPAA compliance.
- Handle FMLA leave and return-to-work processes.
- Maintain accurate records and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in benefits administration
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Paycom
