Need candidates with Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) Certification**

Scope of Services:

1. IT Infrastructure Management:

o Maintain and manage the municipality's IT network, servers, and hardware.

1. Selected vendor must have necessary qualifications and experience to

manage the following vendors below, please provide qualifications:

1. Cisco - switches

2. Dell – servers and computers

3. Sonicwall - firewalls

4. Aruba – access points

o Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of all IT systems.

o Provide network monitoring and performance optimization.

2. Cybersecurity Services:

o Conduct regular assessments of network security.

o Maintain firewalls, antivirus, encryption, and other security measures.

o Respond to and mitigate any cybersecurity incidents or threats.

3. Software and Application Support:

o Provide support for municipal applications, including M365, Google Workspace,

BS&A, Enterprise ArcGIS, and MDTs.

o Assist with the selection, implementation, and integration of new software

solutions.

o Provide regular updates, patches, and bug fixes.

4. Data Management and Backup Solutions:

o Manage databases and ensure secure data storage.

o Design and implement reliable backup solutions with regular disaster recovery

testing.

o Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and policies.

5. Help Desk and Technical Support:

o Provide 24x7x365 support services for municipal employees including public

safety departments.

o Web or on-premise based ticketing system

o Address technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

o Provide remote and on-site support as necessary.

6. Consultation and Strategic IT Planning:

o Offer advice on emerging technologies and IT trends.

o Assist with long-term IT strategy planning, ensuring alignment with municipal

goals and objectives.

o Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements of current systems for

budgeting purposes.
