We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our leadership team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the growth strategy for Monday Collective and its portfolio companies, ensuring sustainable revenue expansion, market positioning, and operational scalability.
What You’ll Do: As the Chief Growth Officer of Monday Collective, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing high-impact growth initiatives across the portfolio. Your focus will be on scaling revenue, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and fostering innovation to accelerate business success.
1. Portfolio Growth & Expansion - Develop and execute growth strategies across all portfolio companies, ensuring sustainable and scalable revenue streams.
- Identify market opportunities, new revenue channels, and strategic partnerships that drive competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with portfolio company leadership to refine positioning, pricing models, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Implement best-in-class sales and marketing playbooks to enhance performance across the portfolio.
2. Corporate Development & Strategic Initiatives - Lead growth-focused M&A efforts , identifying potential acquisition targets that align with Monday Collective’s investment thesis.
- Support the CEO in evaluating expansion opportunities, new business verticals, and international growth strategies.
- Partner with the investment team to conduct due diligence on growth-stage businesses , assessing scalability potential and market fit.
- Develop and oversee cross-company growth initiatives , including demand generation, strategic partnerships, and customer retention.
3. Sales, Marketing & Brand Strategy - Guide portfolio companies in building and optimizing their sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- Oversee go-to-market execution , ensuring each business is well-positioned for rapid expansion.
- Leverage data and analytics to drive performance improvements, optimize conversion rates, and refine acquisition strategies.
- Establish brand and thought leadership strategies that strengthen Monday Collective’s market presence and industry reputation.
4. Leadership & Operational Scaling - Work closely with portfolio CEOs and leadership teams to ensure alignment on growth priorities, KPIs, and execution plans.
- Mentor and develop high-performance sales and marketing leaders within portfolio companies.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across all businesses.
- Ensure that growth initiatives align with financial objectives and investment strategies set by the executive team.
What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a visionary growth leader who is equally comfortable developing high-level strategies and executing hands-on initiatives that drive meaningful business impact.
? 10+ years of experience in a Chief Growth Officer, CRO, CMO, VP of Growth, or similar leadership role.
? Proven track record of scaling businesses, driving revenue growth, and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
? Expertise in corporate development, M&A, and market expansion initiatives.
? Strong understanding of sales, marketing, digital transformation, and customer acquisition.
? Hands-on experience working with private equity, investment management, or high-growth portfolio companies.
? Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth strategy and decision-making.
