Super Nice Pizza is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Garde Manger to join our culinary team. If you excel in cold plate preparation, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prep Work:
• Prepare ingredients for salads, charcuterie, desserts, and other cold items, ensuring proper portioning and quality.
• Cold Plate Production:
• Assemble and present cold dishes with precision and attention to detail.
• Adjust dressings and sauces as necessary to ensure taste and quality.
• Light Hot Line Support:
• Occasionally assist with cooking or prep tasks using the oven, stove, or fryer as needed. 
• Station Setup & Breakdown:
• Organize and set up the cold station for service.
• Break down and thoroughly clean the station at the end of the shift, maintaining hygiene standards.
• Cleaning Duties:
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the cold station throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a Garde Manger or similar cold station role (preferred).
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of food allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and plating aesthetics.
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Food Handler’s Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.

Details:

• Pay: $18-22/hour
