Job Description


NOLA Motorsports Park is on a mission to be a top-level innovative facility offering excitement and a passion for motorsports and entertainment. We’re seeking a high energy, dynamic Senior Sales Executive that can discover untapped business opportunities and close deals. Our ideal candidate will be expected to dive right in, take the lead, and build a strong sales team that can exceed our business goals. This is an opportunity with unlimited potential, for a self-motivated individual that has a passion for success and loves the excitement of an entertainment venue.


Objectives of this Role

·      Take the lead and build a dynamic sales team that pushes us to the next level

·      Creatively find new business and develop new ways to sell the facility

·      Improve and grow our current customer and business relationships

·      Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline

·      Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration

·      Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies that achieve strategic sales goals

·      Build and motivate the sales team: This isn’t a role for anyone who’s satisfied with just “getting by.” track performance, push sales and exceed goals.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

·      Simple: Sell, Sell, Sell, you are responsible for building a full annual calendar of events

·      Driven & Self-Motivated:  You set high standards for yourself and are driven to achieve results without needing to be micromanaged.

·      You will need to develop a sales team that generates consistent results.

·      Monitor and evaluate industry trends, pricing, customer drivers and set and meet regular sales goals.

·      Generate new leads & business opportunities, stay on top of prospects and close deals.

·      Provide a VIP level customer experience to everyone!

·      Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.


Skills and Qualifications

·      Hungry for success, desire great team culture, ability to deliver

·      Motorsports, sports or hospitality sales experience a plus

·      Successful track record in B2B or B2C sales and negotiation

·      Leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills

·      Working experience with sales techniques

·      Proficiency with data analysis, CRM, forecasting, and budgeting
