Were seeking a high energy, dynamic Senior Sales Executive that can discover untapped business opportunities and close deals. Our ideal candidate will be expected to dive right in, take the lead, and build a strong sales team that can exceed our business goals. Objectives of this Role
Take the lead and build a dynamic sales team that pushes us to the next level
Creatively find new business and develop new ways to sell the facility
Improve and grow our current customer and business relationships
Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline
Develop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integration
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies that achieve strategic sales goals
Build and motivate the sales team: This isnt a role for anyone whos satisfied with just getting by. track performance, push sales and exceed goals.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
Simple: Sell, Sell, Sell, you are responsible for building a full annual calendar of events
Driven & Self-Motivated: You set high standards for yourself and are driven to achieve results without needing to be micromanaged.
You will need to develop a sales team that generates consistent results.
Monitor and evaluate industry trends, pricing, customer drivers and set and meet regular sales goals.
Generate new leads & business opportunities, stay on top of prospects and close deals.
Provide a VIP level customer experience to everyone!
Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
Skills and Qualifications
Hungry for success, desire great team culture, ability to deliver
Motorsports, sports or hospitality sales experience a plus
Successful track record in B2B or B2C sales and negotiation
Leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working experience with sales techniques
Proficiency with data analysis, CRM, forecasting, and budgeting
