*Job Details:*
* Located in a *suburb of Atlantic City, NJ!* Right on the water.
* Seeking an *Associate Dentist *to work with one provider. Experienced Dentist needed!
* 4 day work week
* 6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections
* Full ancillary staff for support
* *Mostly FFS*

*Job Requirements:*
* Perform routine dental examinations and assessments to evaluate patients' oral health.
* Execute a variety of dental procedures, including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
* Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

*Skills*
* Proficient in four-handed dentistry techniques.
* Knowledgeable about HIPAA regulations and medical documentation practices.
* Familiarity with dental software such as Epic and Dentrix for patient management.
* Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health.
* Experience in performing root canal therapy and other oral surgical procedures.
* Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and communication.
* Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $270,000.00 per year
