*Responsibilities*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.
* Provide a range of dental treatments, including but not limited to root canal therapy, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry.
* Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilize Eaglesoft for efficient practice management.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment options to promote long-term dental health.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care efficiency.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities to refine skills in endodontics and other specialties.
* Ensure the highest standards of infection control and safety protocols are followed within the dental office.

*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficient knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures related to oral health care.
* Experience or training in endodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry is preferred.
* Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* Commitment to providing compassionate care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
