*Job Details:*
* Seeking an Associate Dentist to work solo in a suburb of Milwaukee, WI!
* Mon- Thur- 2 Fri a month, half days!
* 80% PPO/20% FFS
* Implant placement is a plus!
* Sign on bonus offered!

*Duties*
* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including performing restorative procedures.
* Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Implement infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
* Engage in dental fabrication processes as necessary for patient treatment.
* Conduct endodontic procedures when required.
* Provide pediatric dental care with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for children.
* Utilize Dentrix software for patient management and record keeping.
* Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach.
* Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.

*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
* Familiarity with medical records management and HIPAA compliance.
* Experience or training in infection control standards within a dental office setting.
* Proficiency in Dentrix or similar dental software is preferred.
* Skills in endodontics and pediatric dentistry are advantageous but not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year
