*Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical)* is partnering with one of our largest clients to select their next *Director of Nursing *for one of their locations near the *Lambertville, NJ *area*.*

*Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing:*
* Lead all aspects of the nursing department within the corrections facility
* Work with the assistant director and nursing staff to help lead the clinical operations for an incarcerated population

*Requirements for the Director of Nursing:*
* 2+ years of DON experience is ideal, but will consider other backgrounds for the right candidate
* Strong clinical background, corrections experience is required
* Organization-minded, ability to keep tasks prioritized
* Experience leading staff and holding them accountable to maintain clinical standards
* Strong understanding of clinical quality within corrections
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
* Current Nursing License

*Compensation, Benefits, Schedule for the Director of Nursing:*
* $90,000-$115,000 base salary, based on experience
* Full benefits package (medical/dental/pto/etc.)
* Schedule is M-F, Onsite
