*Who are you?*

As the Director of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day revenue cycle operations, including doctor credentialing, payer relations, patient billing, insurance verifications, claim processing, payment posting, and collections. Your role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial health of our organization while supporting our commitment to exceptional patient care. You’ll contribute to refining operational processes, ensuring compliance, and helping enhance overall performance in the revenue cycle.

\*\*This is an in-office position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

*What will you be doing?*

· Oversee and manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including billing, insurance verifications, claim processing, payment posting, and collections.

· Oversee and manage the credentialing process for all providers, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and timely submission of necessary documentation.

· Manage relationships with payers to resolve claim issues, negotiate reimbursement rates, and stay current with changes in payer policies.

· Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and relevant documentation.

· Work closely with clinical and operational teams to streamline workflows, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the revenue cycle.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial and operational goals are met, implementing corrective actions as needed.

· Provide guidance, training, and support to RCM team members to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.

· Manage relationships with insurance companies, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues and optimize reimbursement rates.

· Stay current on changes in regulations and industry standards, ensuring the RCM processes remain compliant and effective.

· Oversee the implementation of RCM technologies and software to enhance data tracking and reporting capabilities (Open Dental, Inside Desk, Sabrina, Dental Intel Engagement, Pearly).

· Prepare and present reports on RCM performance to senior management and key stakeholders.



*What will you bring?*



· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, preferred.

· Minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least 3 years in a management role. Dental industry preferred.

· Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and coding, insurance processes, and regulatory requirements.

· Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical skills and experience with financial performance analysis.

· Proficiency in revenue cycle management software and tools (Open Dental, Inside Desk, Sabrina, Dental Intel Engagement, Pearly)

· Ability to work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and financial teams to drive improvement initiatives.

· Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
