Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences
• Support social media management by scheduling posts and engaging with followers
• Help create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to provide insights for improvement
• Coordinate and assist with events and promotions
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new marketing ideas and strategies

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
