Allied Resources is seeking a Community Development Manager to oversee the operations for both community and facility management of a military residential or mixed-use community. This is a direct hire position providing a base compensation up to $110k, annual bonus, retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits plan. Must have prior experience with military residential housing construction renovations, build outs, or new construction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the property’s annual budget while overseeing the collection of rent, HOA fees, and other dues, ensuring enforcement of payment policies.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, maintenance schedules, and resident communications.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding property concerns.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards while conducting regular property inspections to address maintenance issues.
• Manage vendor contracts for essential services and plan long-term capital improvements, such as roofing, paving, and structural repairs.

Qualifications:

• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of Property Management experience.
• Possession of a valid state issued Drivers License.
